Shopping at the Jennings Equipment Online Store is safe and secure. Our shopping cart is powered by PayPal, a trusted name in online payment services.

IMPORTANT: If you are a PayPal user or your current e-mail address has been used to create a PayPal account you must login to your account when prompted at checkout and select your preferred method of payment. If you have never had a PayPal account you are not required to become a PayPal member to purchase.

We proudly accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express* through PayPal. Jennings Equipment exclusively uses UPS Ground and USPS for shipping your items. Please select your preferred shipping method upon checkout. Once your items have been shipped we will e-mail you a confirmation. Please note that items shipped via USPS cannot be tracked.

Ordering Policies

Returns: Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you have received your order and it is found to be defective or damaged, please send us an e-mail for a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after 30 days from the delivery date. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All approved returns must be unopened, and in brand new condition with original packaging if possible. All returns must be returned postage paid by the customer. C.O.D.'s will be refused.

Workshop, Parts & Owners Manual Returns: If you wish to return your Kubota publication, please send us an e-mail for a return authorization number within 7 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after 7 days from the delivery date. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All approved returns must be unopened, and in brand new condition with original packaging if possible. All returns must be returned postage paid by the customer. C.O.D.'s will be refused. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned manuals.

Ordering Errors: Every effort is made to make sure your order is shipped exactly the way you have requested. Make sure all clothing sizes and styles are what you have selected and recheck the items you have ordered before checking out. If you have ordered in error we will gladly refund or exchange the item(s). Please send us an e-mail for a return authorization number within 30 days of receipt. Sales Tax: 8.8% sales tax will be charged to all orders delivered within in the state of Washington.

Shipping Info: Shipping times are approximate and may be affected when volumes are high, particularly around holidays. Shipments are not made after 12pm PST on Fridays. There are no shipments on Saturday or Sunday. Jennings Equipment is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Jennings Equipment uses UPS Ground service and USPS. UPS will not deliver to a post office box. Please select USPS during checkout for shipment to a post office box.

Shipping outside of the continental U.S.: Orders placed from Alaska or Hawaii must select USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Canadian orders must select USPS Priority Airmail at checkout. We will not ship oils, paint and publications outside of the continental U.S. Puerto Rico and other U.S. provinces as well as overseas orders will be refused.

Backorders: You will be notified before your package has shipped if an item is backordered or out of stock at which time you can cancel the item or wait to have your order shipped complete.
