| Delivery and Return Charge: |
| Minimum drop-off and
pick-up charge is $65.00. Additional delivery and pick-up charges
are prorated. Deliveries to Vashon Island are a $75.00 minimum charge
plus ferry fare. Free delivery on rentals of one (1) month or more
in Western Washington (excluding ferry fares). |
| Rates: |
| Rental rates are based
on nine (9) hours use in a 24 hour period. Weekly rental rates
are based on 45 hours use in a seven (7) day period. Monthly
rental rates are based on 198 hours use in a 30 day period.
Equipment is charged for time out, not time used. Excess hours in
any rental period will be prorated. Customers with machines being
serviced in Jennings' Equipment shop may rent at 75% of posted rental
price subject to availability. |
| Care and Cleaning of Equipment: |
| All rentals are made
with the understanding that normal wear and tear is included in the
rent. Any damage from misuse, abuse, neglect or improper care will
be charged to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for flat
and damaged tires, fuel, lubricants, daily maintenance and to provide a
qualified operator. Equipment must be returned clean or additional
charges will be made. Fuel and merchandise are additional charges. |
| Deposit: |
| Deposit equal to full rental
term is required. Check or credit card is acceptable.
Jennings Equipment proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Rentals are charged in advance. With proper application and
approval, a credit account may be arranged. |
| Identification: |
| Two (2) pieces of
identification are required for all rentals. Valid Washington
State driver's license, year, make and license of renter's vehicle, copy
of vehicle registration, credit card or military ID. |
| Insurance: |
| Proof of Insurance may
be required on specific items to be rented. Regular renters may
choose to keep insurance information on file. Any rental of one
(1) week or more will require proof of insurance, homeowner or business. |
